Accounts Payable Accountant (Female)

About the role

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a detail‑oriented Female Accounts Payable Accountant with 3‑5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector. The role involves managing supplier invoices, payments and supporting month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and perform account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and management on payment matters.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and support monthly closing activities.
• Handle work pressure professionally while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Female candidate with 3‑5 years of accounts payable experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounting tasks.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail and responsible approach.
• Arabic speaker.

Required skills

• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Arabic language proficiency.
