About the role
PlusX Electric is looking for an Admin Support & Customer Support professional to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on handling sales leads, coordinating client communications, and providing daily administrative assistance to the sales department.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage incoming sales leads from phone, email, web forms and other channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate requirements with the sales force.
- Follow up with prospects after quotations to support conversion.
- Maintain databases of customer details, lead status and administrative records.
- Assist sales management with operational coordination and prepare regular lead tracking reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, sales coordination or lead management.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages such as Hindi are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multi‑channel communications efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for record‑keeping and reporting.
