Administration Coordinator – Security Regulatory Affairs

About the role

The Administration Coordinator supports security operations by ensuring compliance with the Airline Security Program and Security Management System. You will maintain records, analyse data and assist in investigations to uphold security standards across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain documents, manuals and records for audit purposes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support the review and update of SOPs, contracts and operational documentation to align with business and regulatory standards.
• Compile, analyse and prepare reports for management on safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo and assets.
• Disseminate security‑related information to outstations and ensure they are informed of policy changes and new guidelines.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations, analyse quality issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in general security, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Experience in supervision, root‑cause analysis and fraud prevention or investigation.

Required skills

• Strong report‑writing ability.
• Proficiency with computer applications for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures.
