About the role

Required profile
- UAE national with a family book
- Basic qualification or high school diploma
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
- Previous customer‑service experience is advantageous
- Engaging personality and confidence in interpersonal interactions
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong Excel skills
