About the role
The University of Dubai is seeking an Admissions Counselor to support its admissions and marketing functions. You will manage the full admissions cycle, engage prospective students, and help increase the university’s visibility across schools and exhibitions.
Key responsibilities
- Process and maintain online applications for new students, ensuring accurate records management.
- Coordinate recruitment events, tours, and enrollment activities with colleges and faculty.
- Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Increase university visibility by reaching out to 40 schools and participating in local and international education exhibitions.
- Track leads gathered at fairs and exhibitions and follow up with MBA and bachelor’s prospects.
- Manage transfer cases, guide part‑time students, and train them as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a recent graduate.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, flexibility, and accountability.
