Admissions Officer – Inside Sales (Education)

About the role

Eduhub Institute is seeking a motivated Admissions Officer – Inside Sales to join its fast‑growing education and training team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment journey and helping them choose the right certification programs to advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 100% inbound student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and website (no cold calling).
• Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable certification programs.
• Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Present program features, certification benefits and career opportunities professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent student experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in admissions, inside sales, education, EdTech, training, banking, insurance or real‑estate sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confident handling enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Target‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused and self‑motivated.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
