Advanced Care Paramedic (Full‑time, UAE National)

About the role

Prometheus Medical is seeking a full‑time Advanced Care Paramedic to join its on‑site team in Abu Dhabi. This position is reserved for UAE nationals and involves delivering high‑level pre‑hospital emergency care across a variety of settings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies, assess patients, and provide advanced clinical interventions within scope of practice.
• Stabilise and transport patients safely to appropriate medical facilities while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintain and check medical equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to continuous improvement of emergency response practices.

Required profile

• Relevant paramedic qualification or diploma recognised in the UAE and eligibility to practice as an Advanced Care Paramedic.
• Proven experience in pre‑hospital emergency care, including advanced life support, trauma management, and critical patient transport.
• Strong clinical decision‑making ability in high‑pressure, dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE national status and compliance with local licensing requirements.
