Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist

About the role

ME ONE Medical Center is looking for a professional, customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at its aesthetic clinic in Dubai. You will create a welcoming environment while handling front‑desk administration, appointment scheduling, and phone inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with a courteous, customer‑first attitude.
• Manage appointment scheduling, calendar adjustments, and reception desk operations.
• Answer patient inquiries in person and over the phone, providing clear information.
• Maintain both digital and physical patient records and execute routine administrative workflows.
• Coordinate with clinical and medical staff to streamline daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or Diploma (preferred).
• Proven front‑office experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities and a polished professional presence.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software.
• Administrative record management.
