Aesthetic Doctor and Beauty Therapist

About the role

Medspace Medical Centre is expanding its aesthetics and wellness services in Dubai and is looking for two full-time professionals: an Aesthetic Doctor and a Beauty Therapist. The centre is located in Al Barari / JLT.

Key responsibilities

• Aesthetic Doctor: consult and assess patients, build individual aesthetic treatment plans, perform injectables (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters), PRP, mesotherapy and threads, supervise energy-based treatments (laser, RF, HIFU) in line with DHA protocols, keep medical records, consent and follow-up documentation, help develop treatment protocols and grow the patient base.
• Beauty Therapist: deliver facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling and skin rejuvenation, perform laser hair removal and body treatments under medical supervision, assist the doctor during procedures, recommend skincare regimens and support retail product sales, and maintain room hygiene, equipment care and stock records.

Required profile

• Aesthetic Doctor: active DHA licence (GP or Dermatology) or immediate eligibility to transfer, at least 3 years of hands-on aesthetic medicine experience in the UAE or internationally, certified injectables training with a strong portfolio, excellent patient communication, English required (Arabic and/or Russian an advantage).
• Beauty Therapist: recognised beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent), at least 2 years of clinic experience, laser certification preferred, DHA licence or eligibility where applicable, professional and patient-focused, comfortable working toward targets, English and Russian.
