Affiliate Business Development Manager - MENA

About the role

OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, is looking for an Affiliate Business Development Manager for MENA. The BD Manager owns the overall affiliate growth strategy and execution for OKX in the region, working with the global team to find and engage crypto partners for user acquisition and platform expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships among HNW clients and professional traders
• Manage and strengthen relationships with HNW clients in MENA and build influencer partnerships for user acquisition
• Plan and run online and some offline marketing activities, events and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels
• Grow the user base and raise awareness of the OKX brand
• Find creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users

Required profile

• Solid experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX or a related field, with a track record of building large affiliate networks from scratch
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Solid regional connections with HNW clients and professional traders
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and data-driven optimisation
• Fluent English; Arabic is a must
• Nice to have: previous work at a crypto exchange, experience across time zones and cross-cultural teams, passion for blockchain and crypto payments
