About the role

Join TikTok’s Scaled Growth team as an Agency Partner Manager for the METAP market. You will work with small and medium‑sized agencies across the United Arab Emirates, helping them maximise the impact of their TikTok campaigns while driving revenue and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies, delivering consultative sales and education at scale.
• Identify and craft compelling sales propositions using internal and external data, targeting specific regions, industries, or objectives.
• Optimize agency campaign performance, providing guidance on setup, KPIs, and ongoing optimisation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point, troubleshooting issues and ensuring agencies receive best‑in‑class support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor new team members, sharing product knowledge and process expertise.
