AI Engineer, LLM & Agentic Systems

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer specialized in large language models (LLM) and agentic systems to build and ship production AI features for our client products. You will work on retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, AI agents, and copilots that directly impact real‑world workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM‑powered applications, agents, and copilots for client solutions.
• Build and maintain retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate vector databases.
• Integrate LLM APIs into production systems while optimizing for cost and latency.
• Create evaluation harnesses to measure model quality before and after release.
• Collaborate with client and product teams to translate business requirements into functional AI features.
• Monitor deployed AI systems for drift, cost overruns, and reliability issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year building LLM‑based applications.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
