AI Ethics and Regulation Instructor (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

The Instructor will design and deliver part‑time training programmes on artificial intelligence, ethics, regulation and responsible innovation. Working in a hybrid model from Dubai, you will combine on‑site workshops with remote preparation and follow‑up activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop course materials, curricula, lesson plans and case studies tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Prepare and deliver interactive workshops, webinars and seminars.
• Assess participant progress through assignments, discussions and practical exercises.
• Update training content to reflect evolving AI standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with AESIA’s team to ensure alignment with EU and international AI governance.

Required profile

• Proven instructional or facilitation experience in adult learning environments.
• Strong understanding of AI, data science, AI ethics and related regulatory developments.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly in English; Spanish or Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines across multiple cohorts.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory and accessible teaching practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital learning tools and platforms (presentation software, online collaboration tools, virtual classroom/webinar technologies).
