AI & Media Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Robot24 is seeking an AI & Media Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and lead hiring processes for AI‑native creators, engineers and strategists across media, content and technology. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with the founders to source and assess candidates who fluently use AI tools in their daily output.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for AI, media, content, creative and technology positions.
• Source, evaluate and interview candidates with proven AI‑tool fluency using portfolios, workflow demos and work samples.
• Design and implement structured hiring pipelines from scratch, defining “AI‑fluent” criteria for each role.
• Partner directly with founders on every hire, without intermediaries or committees.
• Maintain a live talent pipeline of AI‑enabled media and tech professionals.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate sourcing, screening and communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience focused on tech, AI, media or creative roles.
• Demonstrated track record hiring for AI/ML engineering or related AI‑native positions.
• Experience building or scaling a recruitment function in an early‑stage environment.
• At least two full‑time roles of 2 + years each in tech, AI or AI‑enabled media recruiting.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, n8n and Make.
