AI Project Specialist

About the role

Talent Higher is seeking an AI Project Specialist to strengthen its Project Management Office. The role bridges technical AI expertise with project delivery, guiding initiatives from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and scope AI use cases together with business teams.
• Design, develop and deploy AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLM‑based solutions.
• Integrate AI outputs with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – planning, implementation, monitoring and adoption.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, and produce project documentation, business cases and management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with external vendors is an advantage.

Required skills

• Python and SQL programming.
• Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• MLOps, API development, database management and system integration.
