About the role

Orient Cargo is seeking an experienced Air Export Operations Executive to manage air‑freight export shipments in Dubai. The role is suited to professionals with hands‑on experience handling specialized cargo, including perishables, dangerous goods, and freezone shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily air‑export shipment operations.
• Handle documentation and processing for perishable, dangerous‑goods, and freezone cargo.
• Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and international shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams for timely shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of air‑export operations experience.
• Hands‑on experience with perishables, dangerous goods, and freezone shipments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Knowledge of air‑freight export procedures, dangerous‑goods and perishable‑cargo handling, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
