Airport Operations Controller – AOCC Terminal

About the role

The Airport Operations Controller for the AOCC Terminal ensures safe and efficient airside operations across Dubai’s busiest airports. You will monitor communication, adjust tactical plans, and handle incidents to maintain a secure environment for thousands of daily aircraft movements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control communication of airport operational activities and facilities.
• Adjust and implement the tactical operational plan for smooth, safe airport performance.
• Handle regular operations, incidents, and crisis situations at DXB and DWC terminals.
• Oversee processes in terminals, forecourts, baggage areas, and DWC facilities.
• Utilise CCTV and other monitoring systems to ensure continuous operational safety.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Aviation Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in airport or aviation operations.
• Strong knowledge of International Civil Aviation safety and security practices (IATA/ACI).
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong business writing skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand airline conditions of use.
