Al Hamra Call Center Agent – Reservations

About the role

The Al Hamra Call Center Agent handles all reservation enquiries for The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah. You will process new bookings, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or mail, and provide guests with clear information on rates, guarantees and cancellation policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications and cancellations while verifying room availability and rates.
• Explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies to callers and document any special requests.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities, services and room accommodations.
• Use the reservation system to input accurate codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale bookings.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and adhere to escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and support a positive team environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Clear, professional verbal communication.
• Ability to operate a reservation system and input accurate booking data.
