Analyst – Management Consulting

About the role

Unify Consulting, a boutique management consultancy in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Analyst to support client engagements. You will work on research, data analysis, benchmarking, financial analysis and prepare client presentations and reports, using AI tools throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, sector, policy and competitor research across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Perform benchmarking, quantitative and financial analysis to support feasibility studies and business cases.
• Build and maintain Excel models, including cost build‑ups and scenario comparisons.
• Prepare high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, reports and client‑ready analysis.
• Support client meetings, workshops and interviews, including minutes and action tracking.
• Use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of research, analysis and drafting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, investment research or related internships.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
