About the role
Terracotta Outsourcing is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with monthly financial reports and month‑end closing
- Verify financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Support VAT‑related documentation and coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and high attention to detail
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems
