Animator – Confidence Lab

About the role

The Animator – Confidence Lab creates engaging, creative workshops for children, focusing on public speaking, storytelling, drama and creative writing. The role blends entertainment and education to build confidence, creativity and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops covering public speaking, storytelling, drama, communication skills and creative writing for various age groups.
• Support daily operations of the PlayShop, including front‑desk duties, attendance tracking and administrative tasks.
• Film, edit and produce short‑form content for classes, events and promotional activities.
• Maintain clean, safe learning environments and monitor equipment and inventory.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years experience in education, entertainment, hospitality, childcare or related guest‑facing roles.
• Passion for working with children and delivering interactive learning experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
