Application System Sales Engineer

About the role

Honeywell Technologies is looking for an Application/System Sales Engineer (UAE National only) to support complex security sales across the region. The role blends technical leadership, solution design and customer engagement, acting as a trusted advisor and key partner to sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell security portfolios, including access control, video management, intrusion detection and integrated platforms.
• Design end‑to‑end security architectures, perform value engineering and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, develop bid strategies, deliver presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs, prepare compliance matrices and technical clarifications.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical escalation support and conduct training workshops.
• Support project transition, review designs, BOMs and provide post‑sales technical assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• LenelS2 and/or Honeywell security product knowledge.
• Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Integrated Security Platforms.
