Senior Program Manager

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end mobilisation and execution of Maestral’s programmes, acting as the primary interface with the UAE Navy and other strategic stakeholders. You will be accountable for integrating all workstreams and partners to deliver contractual commitments, schedule, cost, quality and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the contract and CEO’s strategic intent into an executable program plan.
• Establish workstreams, milestones, governance forums and resource priorities.
• Own integrated delivery across Fincantieri, ADSB, procurement, contracts, finance and document control.
• Serve as the principal interface with the UAE Navy and government stakeholders.
• Lead program governance, performance reviews, steering meetings and executive reporting.
• Oversee financial and commercial performance in coordination with CFO and commercial leads.
• Ensure compliance with contract, UAE defence requirements and company policies, managing risks and issues.
• Direct management of key partners and suppliers to align with contract and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field (post‑graduate qualification advantageous).
• 15‑20 years experience in defence, government services, maritime support or complex service‑contract environments.
• Proven accountability for large, multidisciplinary programmes or portfolios.
• Experience managing senior customer and government relationships, preferably with the UAE Navy or Tawazun.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against significant contractual, financial and operational commitments.
