Arabic Receptionist – Dubai Investments Park

About the role

Premier Inn is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join its front‑office team at Dubai Investments Park. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, and answer telephone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Handle cash and process payments according to cash‑handling procedures.
• Accurately manage reservations, cancellations and related data entry.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Promote online guest feedback and explore improvement opportunities.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain stock of reception supplies and stationery.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety by following all safety procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office role.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).

Required skills

• Opera (PMS) – hotel property management system.
