Arabic Sales Associate (Telemarketing)

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Associate to join its telemarketing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting the company’s training courses, and converting leads into enrolled students.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce and promote Blue Ocean’s products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide detailed information on courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring the pitch to each client.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Research client training needs and suggest improvements to course offerings.
• Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Engage with the target audience in India while operating from Dubai.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High level of customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using a CRM system for sales tracking.
