TeleSales Executive – Malayalam & English

About the role

Delta International Institute is seeking a driven TeleSales Executive who is fluent in Malayalam and English. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment and helping them choose the right forex trading program.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage Malayalam‑ and English‑speaking leads via calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand prospect goals and recommend the most suitable forex program (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced).
• Conduct product demos and one‑on‑one pitch sessions.
• Handle objections, close sales, and ensure enrollment documentation is completed.
• Follow up on warm and cold leads, generate self‑sourced leads, and track pending payments.
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and closings.

Required profile

• Fluent in Malayalam and English – spoken and written (non‑negotiable).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele‑calling or business development with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Basic interest in or knowledge of financial markets and forex trading is a strong plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to handle rejection constructively.

Required skills

• Proficient with WhatsApp Business.
• Experienced using Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with basic CRM tools.
