Arabic-speaking Hedge Fund Sales

About the role

Our client, a globally recognised hedge fund, is expanding its presence in the Middle East and seeks an experienced Arabic‑speaking sales professional to lead fundraising and client relationship activities across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and distribution efforts targeting sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, private banks and other institutional investors in the GCC.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow assets under management from institutional and wholesale investors.
• Act as the senior point of contact for existing investors, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management.
• Collaborate with investment, product and senior leadership teams to enhance the firm’s regional presence.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry conferences and market events.
• Monitor investor sentiment, market dynamics and competitive developments in the Middle East.
• Support due‑diligence processes, fund presentations and bespoke investor requests.

Required profile

• Proven track record raising capital for hedge‑fund strategies.
• Extensive experience covering investors across the GCC region.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in both new‑business generation and existing client relationship management (desirable).
