Arabic Speaking Receptionist – Dubai Ibn Battuta

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our front‑office team at Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in and check‑out, payments and enquiries while delivering a warm, brand‑aligned experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answer telephone calls and provide information on promotions, room rates and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations, payments and cash handling in line with hotel procedures.
• Identify corporate leads, build long‑term relationships and promote online guest feedback.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence, email, filing and maintaining reception supplies.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety by following safety procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office environment.
• Customer‑oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
