About the role
BEAM Education is seeking a dedicated Arabic Teacher to deliver high‑quality instruction to non‑Arab students in Sharjah. The role involves creating an engaging classroom environment, aligning lessons with curriculum objectives, and supporting students’ academic and personal development.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate learning by building strong relationships with pupils and organizing classroom resources.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Promote appropriate social and cognitive skills tailored to each child’s age, ability, and aptitude.
- Assess, record progress, and prepare students for examinations.
- Connect new knowledge to prior learning, challenge and inspire students to deepen understanding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in the UAE.
