Architect – Site Supervision

About the role

Responsible for site supervision of the contractor's architectural and interior design works, ensuring quality, safety and coordination with other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect contractor's works and review/comment on submittals.
• Obtain samples, quotations and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate architectural/ID works with other disciplines and manage documentation flow.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports, material submittals and As‑built drawings.
• Report quality non‑conformances and safety violations.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Experience across multiple building sectors (residential, leisure, hotels, retail, offices, mixed‑use).
• Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD competency.
• Ability to interpret specifications, client requirements and constructability.
