Artificial Intelligence Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will shape and execute the AI and data science strategy for Emaratech, ensuring alignment with the company’s long‑term vision. This on‑site position requires a UAE national to lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive AI and data science strategy that supports business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate AI integration opportunities to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Lead end‑to‑end project management of AI initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of machine‑learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision.
• Ensure data quality, implement preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation best practices.
• Monitor project performance, report progress, and propose optimisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or AI.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience with AI project lifecycle and compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
