Assistant Chief Concierge – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Assistant Chief Concierge supports the Chief Concierge in delivering world‑class guest experiences at Atlantis The Palm. You will lead a dynamic concierge team, curate personalized itineraries, and ensure seamless service across all guest touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the concierge team in providing seamless, luxury service.
• Curate bespoke recommendations and tailored itineraries for guests, leveraging extensive knowledge of Dubai attractions, dining, entertainment and cultural experiences.
• Oversee daily department operations, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
• Assist with colleague training, development initiatives, and roster planning.
• Foster a high‑performing team culture and maintain consistent guest satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a concierge operation of a luxury five‑star hotel or resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Active membership with Les Clefs d’Or.
• Strong local knowledge of Dubai and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
