Assistant Chief Steward – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the kitchen and dining outlets. You will manage scheduling for kitchen attendants, monitor hygiene standards, and support the Chief Steward with inventory and requisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all kitchen attendants across outlets.
• Inspect outlets to verify hygienic conditions and compliance.
• Assist the Chief Steward with inventory control and requisition processes.
• Order and manage kitchen cleaning supplies.
• Maintain inventory of crockeries and cutleries, communicating with the kitchen brigade.
• Prepare weekly work schedules for stewarding staff, aligning with business needs.
• Enforce UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in emergency procedures and evacuations as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 1‑2 years in a similar role or 4 years as a steward/kitchen helper in a five‑star hotel.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
