Assistant Concierge Manager

About the role

Support the daily operations of the Concierge team at a luxury hotel, delivering highly personalized service throughout the guest journey. You will assist guests with reservations, transportation, attractions, special occasions and VIP requests while maintaining deep knowledge of the property and destination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with restaurant bookings, transportation, itineraries and special requests, ensuring accurate recording and follow‑up.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations and create memorable experiences.
• Handle VIP and special‑attention guests with discretion, coordinating requests with relevant departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions and external service providers.
• Support daily briefings, communicate VIP arrivals, guest preferences and operational priorities.
• Monitor staffing levels, guide associates during peak periods and resolve complex guest issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related concierge or hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
