Assistant Concierge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Concierge Manager supports daily operations of the Concierge team, delivering highly personalized service throughout the guest journey at a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role involves anticipating guest needs, handling VIP requests, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, local attractions, entertainment, special occasions, itineraries, and other individual requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, events, and local points of interest.
• Coordinate and communicate guest requests with relevant departments, ensuring accurate recording and follow‑through.
• Engage proactively with guests in lobby and concierge areas to anticipate needs.
• Support management in training, coaching, evaluating, and developing concierge staff.
• Monitor staffing levels, provide guidance during peak periods, and resolve complex guest requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related concierge or guest services experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, transportation options, and luxury hospitality standards.
