Assistant F&B Operations Manager

About the role

Careers International is recruiting an Assistant F&B Operations Manager for the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai. The role supports daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars and events, coordinates the kitchen and service teams, and helps manage the F&B department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and assist daily F&B operations in restaurants, bars and events, coordinating kitchen, service staff and management
• Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain service standards, address guest concerns promptly and train, supervise and motivate the service team
• Assist in staff scheduling, performance management and training, and foster teamwork
• Assist with inventory, ordering and stock control, and help control costs and reduce wastage
• Assist in coordinating F&B arrangements for events, banquets and special functions
• Support budget goals, cost control and revenue targets, and prepare reports on operations, expenses and sales trends
• Promote safe working practices and hygiene and sanitation compliance

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or similar roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, inventory management and cost control
• Ability to manage and lead a team with high morale and consistent service delivery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• A background in events or banqueting is an added advantage
