About the role
Meraki Group is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, manage a small team, and support internal controls within its construction and holding company activities.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and guide a team of three accountants.
- Prepare and present financial updates to corporate headquarters.
- Build Management Information System reports to monitor business performance.
- Plan cash flow and manage daily funding requirements.
- Track receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Handle internal and external audit processes.
- Conduct inventory checks on stores and stock.
- Provide daily financial support to production and commercial departments.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of relevant finance experience.
- Experience managing a team of 3‑4 accountants.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CA Inter preferred.
- Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or equivalent.
