About the role

The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Lead in delivering robust financial control, compliance and strategic insight for DoubleTree By Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel management, helping to attract and develop top‑class finance talent while driving profitability for owners and shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Lead in day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting and analysis.
• Ensure a strong control environment and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Partner with hotel departments to identify cost‑saving opportunities and maximize profit.
• Support finance team development, recruitment and performance management.
• Lead finance‑related projects and EMEA operational finance innovations.

Required profile

• Relevant finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) with several years of experience in hospitality finance.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
