Assistant Gaming Manager – Table Games Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Gaming Manager to support the Table Games Operations team at its upcoming resort in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining game integrity, delivering excellent guest service, and developing the gaming team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Gaming Manager in achieving game integrity and service excellence goals.
• Supervise and coach Gaming Team Members, conduct daily briefings and monitor performance.
• Assist with daily operations of the Main Floor Table Games area, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and equipment standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, disputes, and escalations, and coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare operational reports, manage rosters, breaks, and labor allocation to meet business demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in table games or gaming operations.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24‑hour environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a smoking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with gaming operations systems; experience with Card Track System (CTS) is an advantage.
