About the role
The Hostess delivers a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience within the designated restaurant. This role supports restaurant operations by managing reservations and coordinating guest flow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate guest flow and ensure smooth service transitions.
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards and enhance overall dining experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest‑facing role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for exceptional guest experiences.
- Well‑groomed and professionally presented.
