About the role

Join the iconic Madinat Jumeirah Resort as an Assistant Guest Relations Manager for Food & Beverage. You will support the delivery of world‑class guest experiences across a portfolio of over 20 restaurants, lounges and dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and complaints in line with established procedures, offering effective resolutions.
• Assist the Guest Relations Manager in overseeing front‑of‑house operations, including the hostess desk and guest arrival processes.
• Collaborate closely with F&B teams to maintain seamless service standards and a professional work environment.
• Uphold personal presentation and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months experience in hospitality guest relations or a similar front‑of‑house role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
