About the role
As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will support the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating daily cleaning schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for guest rooms, suites, and public spaces.
- Ensure proper inventory management of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Support training and development initiatives for housekeeping team members.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping operations or a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting.
