Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

About the role

We are seeking a CA‑qualified Assistant Manager to join our finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing month‑end close, preparing statutory financial statements, and delivering insightful MIS and KPI reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial closing activities, including provisions and accruals.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and business analysis reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, working capital, and banking operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, board reporting, and finance reviews.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance automation initiatives.

Required profile

• CA qualification.
• 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience, with UAE experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
