Assistant Manager – Forensic Ethics & Compliance

About the role

KPMG's Forensic practice is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As an Assistant Manager you will lead the delivery of high‑impact ethics and compliance solutions, own workstreams and supervise junior team members while working directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver compliance frameworks, investigations, risk assessments and due‑diligence engagements that meet regulatory standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, including planning, budgeting, quality control and timelines, while mentoring senior consultants and junior staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends, acting as a reference point for the team.
• Identify business development opportunities, contribute to proposals and support client pitches.
• Report progress to engagement managers and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in forensic, ethics & compliance or risk management, preferably in consulting or a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams and lead junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, investigation methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CFE, CCEP, ICA are an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
