Assistant Manager Fulfilment Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Fulfilment Operations to lead the on‑ground execution of the Dubai Mall Online fulfilment hub. This greenfield role will involve setting up a dual‑function facility – a Consolidation Center and a Fulfilment‑by‑Noon (FBN) warehouse – and managing hyper‑local and same‑day/next‑day delivery across Dubai and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the physical setup and daily operations of the Consolidation Center and FBN warehouse at Hall 5, Zabeel Park.
• Design, document and implement all SOPs from inbound receiving to returns processing.
• Deploy and manage a Warehouse Management System to ensure inventory accuracy and stock visibility.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as throughput, SLA compliance, inventory accuracy and returns processing time.
• Build and operate a branded delivery fleet for hyper‑local (1‑hour) and same‑day/next‑day deliveries.
• Develop driver onboarding, briefing, route planning and dispatch processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse, fulfilment and last‑mile delivery operations within a fast‑paced e‑commerce or logistics environment.
• Track record of setting up or scaling operations from scratch.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities to create SOPs and manage performance metrics.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and usage.
