Assistant Manager, Medical Representation

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Medical Representation will ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition infant products to medical and paramedical professionals across the assigned UAE territory. The role focuses on providing accurate product information, supporting breastfeeding advocacy, and ensuring compliance with the WHO Code and Nestlé guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Nestlé’s position that breastfeeding is the best feeding option for infants.
• Provide reliable, evidence‑based information on infant nutrition to healthcare contacts.
• Organise and run scientific meetings, seminars and guest‑lecturer events for medical and paramedical audiences.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage, prospecting, competitive intelligence gathering and CRM updates.
• Ensure Nestlé infant nutrition products are represented in hospitals, improving availability and market share.
• Develop long‑term professional relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Adhere strictly to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes and all Nestlé and local codes.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of infant nutrition and feeding practices.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for territory management.
