Assistant Manager Medical Representation (Part-Time)

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a part-time Medical Delegate (UAE national only) in Dubai to ethically detail its Nestlé Nutrition products to medical and paramedical contacts in the assigned territory. The role promotes breastfeeding as best for babies and advocates for Nestlé's infant nutrition solutions in line with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices to medical and paramedical contacts, acting as a reference advisor on these topics.
• Organise and run product knowledge, nutrition or related scientific meetings, including sponsorship and inviting guest lecturers.
• Cover the territory optimally, gather competitive intelligence and maintain the HCP database in the CRM, submitting reports on time.
• Propose communication and educational materials and ensure Nestlé infant nutrition products are available in hospitals within the territory.
• Build long-term professional relationships with HCPs and medical decision makers through face-to-face contact, seminars, conferences and events.
• Ensure full compliance with the WHO Code, Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

Required profile

• UAE nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, medicine, nutrition or dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
