Assistant Manager - Sales, Europe Market

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, an exclusive beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to cover the Europe market. The role leads sales activity across the DACH region and selected European markets, driving room, suite and villa revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales across the DACH region and selected European markets, driving room, suite and villa revenue.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with tour operators, luxury travel agencies, consortia and key travel partners.
• Run regular sales calls, partner meetings, product presentations and training to raise market awareness and generate business.
• Represent Jumeirah Zabeel Saray at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and industry events.
• Monitor account performance and market trends, keep accurate Salesforce records, and work with Revenue, Marketing and Global Sales to maximise commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international luxury hospitality.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven sales experience in the DACH markets, especially Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
• Established relationships with tour operators, luxury travel agencies and travel trade partners in DACH; wider European experience is an advantage.
