Assistant Manager – Sourcing

About the role

The organization is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sourcing to join its procurement team in Dubai. The role focuses on MRO and indirect procurement for industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Manufacturing, and Engineering, handling a wide range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for MRO and indirect requirements.
• Source industrial products, maintenance services, and plant equipment from approved suppliers.
• Handle procurement for facility management needs and AMC contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost‑effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement objectives and project timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• B.Tech qualification (mandatory).
• 3–8 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience.
• Experience in indirect procurement, facility management, and MRO sourcing.
• Background in B2B procurement within oil & gas, chemical, industrial manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
