Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Emiratization)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Emiratization) will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for UAE National positions across multiple business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, drive Emiratization initiatives, and enhance DAMAC’s employer brand among UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for UAE National roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and identify Emiratization opportunities.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of Emirati candidates through job portals, referrals, career fairs, universities, and government programs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding.
• Develop relationships with universities, Nafis, and other government entities to support Emirati hiring.
• Monitor Emiratization targets, produce regular recruitment reports, and provide market insights.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and Emiratization regulations.
• Promote DAMAC’s employer brand within the UAE Nationals talent market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with Emiratization recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, Nafis and Emiratization programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interviewing abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
